We at R G S VET NUTRACEUTICALS COY strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. This policy details the process for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order by contacting our customer support team at +91 97897 74166 or info@rgsvet.com.

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • If your order is canceled, a full refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

2. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (animal nutrition and supplements), we have a strict policy to ensure safety and hygiene.

We only accept returns if you have received:

  • An incorrect product (not what you ordered).

  • A product that is damaged or tampered with upon delivery.

  • A product that is past its expiry date.

3. Return Process

  • Notification: You must notify us of any damaged, incorrect, or expired products within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. We will not be able to process a return for any requests received after this 24-hour window.

  • Proof Required: To initiate a return, please email us at info@rgsvet.com with:

    1. Your Order ID.

    2. A clear description of the issue.

    3. Clear photographs or a video of the damaged/incorrect/expired product and the shipping box.

  • Approval: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address.

  • Condition: Please ensure the product is returned in its original, unopened, and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.

  • Timeframe: For any exchange or replacement, the returned product will be verified and after successful verification and once approved the exchange or replacement product will be shipped and delivered within 7-9 business days.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned item at our facility and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., bank account, credit card, or UPI) within 5-7 business days.

  • In the case of an incorrect product, we may also offer an exchange or replacement instead of a refund, based on your preference.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Products returned without their original packaging.

  • Any return request made more than 24 hours after delivery.
